Digital infographic report

I led the design for Making Space: Commercial Real Estate as a Community Resource, a research report by TP Bennett that explores the evolving role of office spaces in response to shifting work habits and rising real estate costs. Designed in A4 landscape format for digital publication, the report employs a striking color palette and simple, easy-to-understand data visualizations to ensure clarity and engagement.

I met with the client to discuss their needs for this project, ensuring that the design aligned with their vision and effectively communicated the report’s key themes. The research examines how office utilization has reached an all-time low due to technological advancements, changing generational work preferences, and the widespread adoption of remote and hybrid working models post-COVID-19. Meanwhile, escalating commercial property costs in cities like London are limiting access for charities and community organizations. This report asks critical questions about the future of workspace: Can underutilized offices serve as community resources? What role can businesses play in making their workplaces more accessible? And what challenges might arise in implementing this shift?

By pairing bold visuals with clear, digestible insights, the design enhances the report’s impact—encouraging discussion on how commercial real estate can better serve both businesses and the wider community.
